Ansatbayeva Gulnara Dusenalievna is a Kazakh woman, was born on April 12, 1975 in the city of Bayram-Ali, Republic of Turkmenistan. In 1991, she moved with her family to the city of Kyzylorda, Republic of Kazakhstan. In 1992, she graduated from secondary school No. 8 named after P.D.Osipenko in the city of Kyzylorda. In 1999, she graduated from Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata with a degree in Law and methods of legal education and received the qualification of a lawyer-teacher. In 2002, she graduated from the Kazakh University of Humanities and Law with a degree in 0216 - Jurisprudence and qualified as a lawyer. In 2023, she completed her Master's degree at Alikhan Bokeikhanov University. Since September 2025, he has been a senior lecturer at the Department of Civil Law and Civil Procedure and Labor Law at the Faculty of Law of the Al Farabi Kazakh National University.
